I had to go back a couple of UGG which were 3 times more expensive and these are really more comfortable. I wear between a 9 and 10 depending on the shoe, so I ordered a 9.5 after UGG being too small. I'm glad I ordered this dimension, because my foot runs wide and fits perfect. I have a high arch, as well as my foot is a bit of work but once they gave me enough space to add my UGG inserts that make them comfortable and blurry, I don't like to wear socks
