my normal shoe size is a 6 m, so I ordered these boots in 6.5 M. the fit is perfect! My feet feel cozy and warm but not crowded, even when I'm wearing my thick merino wool socks. my toes have a lot of room for manoeuvre too. the tree is fully lined, so I can't image any wind cold or damp get through these waterproof boots. the cushioned footbed feels a bit and with enough support that I don't think a slab will be needed.
